Hello everyone.

First, I would like to appologize for dissapearing on all of you. I feel horrible for leaving you hanging like I did.

I have been extreamly ill for the past few months, with never ending fevers and coughing, to soreness and literally not being able to get out of bed. My eyes have also gotten worse, and it hurts to look at any screen for any period of time. I have also had pheomina twice in this time, which has not helped anything. This is the first time I have been able to really get on the computer and do anything in a long time. So far, other than the phenemonia, they have not been able to find what is wrong.

Also, school has been more difficult because of being sick constantly, and I really need to consentrate on that, as well as the things involved in getting accepted into college early next year.

So for these reasons, I have decided to close Ebony.
1. Being sick all the time makes be very un-reliable, and I don't want to have a TCG that will always go on random boughts of inactivity.
2. School and College, I doubt I will be able to keep up with this next year, even if Iwasn't ill.
3. I am so behind with eveything on this TCG that I don't think I would be able to ever get it back in order. Some of the E-Mails have been lost, and I am so behind on masters and things.
4. The forum is a mess. I have hundreds of spam joiners, and I don't have the time or, honestly, the patience, to clean them out.


Now, we are officially closed.

If anyone wants to adopt Ebony, they may send me an E-Mail, and I will glady give them everything nessasary to run it. This was the orignial plan, but this time I won't really be able to help quardinate it. If someone wants to take over, they may then designate job and things to limit their own duties, but that would be up to them. I would also suggest deleteing everything in the forums and starting over, and people who need things can re-post, since I don't think it will even be possible to fix it right now x.x

I am so glad to have been able to run this TCG as long as I have, and I really appreciate all of you sticking with me. I'm so sorry I am closing, but I don't really know what else to do, since you all deserve better than inactivity on my part. Thank you all for everything, and if you have questions or comments, you can either comment here or send me an E-Mail.

Hello everyone! I'm sorry for the delay! In all honesty, I just forgot it was Monday last week, and by the time I realized I missed it, the week was almost over ^_^"

SO! On to the almost-update.

-It's an ALMOST-update because nothing is really changing, I'm just letting everyone know what's going on.

-We have 6 people willing to help out, so we won't be closing, which is good news!

-We won't be going off hiatus until January, because I'm going to Florida in about a week, and it would be silly to open for a week, and then go right back on hiatus again.
-Plus, I need to contact everyone who was willing to help, and get everyone's jobs assigned. Also, most people will be doing other things than playing TCGs on Christmas, so it shouldn't be too bad for anyone~


-Okay, so the plan is to contact everyone who offered to help, and figure out what is going to happen. Since some of you mentioned being able to help out, but only after a certain time *holidays, finals ext* we will also figure out when it will be best to come off hiatus, hopefully no later than January.


-SO. I think that's about it, so if you commented saying you could help out, be expecting an E-Mail from me in the next week or so. If there is a specific job you wanted, or you did want to co-manage with someone, you can go ahead and comment here, or just wait if you want.

For one thing, I'm a horrible owner outside of Summer. School makes me tired, and then I get home and don't want to update, or I made myself sick again with the stress of my family. *that's not always why I'm sick, but it is the cause of the constant migranes. The medical problems are completly separate.*

I don't mind updating on Mondays, but the truth of the matter is, I HATE Friday games. Hate them. And when I'm exausted and sick on a Friday, I can't make myself even remotly want to update them. I don't know why I hate them so much, they are all really easy to update. I just do. x.x

And even if I do have time to update, I usually don't have any time for anything extra, like answering forms, making decks, and working on the Clubhouse system that I really wanted to put into effect.

I also need to get my butt in gear and work on my college application, which is EXTREAMLY important. It is impeitive that I go, I want out of here XD

And I've been working on another TCG called Aimless for a long time, and want to open it too, but I know I won't be able to handle two TCGs at once.

SO. In conclusion, one of these things need to happen, if Ebony is going to stay open.

1. Completly new management. This is the BEST option, I think. I would need one or two people to run Ebony, and basically own it. All I would do is check in from time-to-time, maybe make the occasional deck, and handle layout changes, because I make layouts all the time and don't know what to do with them x.x If anyone(s) are interested, PLEASE comment, because this is the option I would prefer. I would need to know you could handle it though, and not just let it rot like I have been. >.< (And if you needed someone to fill in once in a while, I could)

2. Staff. I would need someone to handle the E-mails, the friday games, one person to start new rounds of the bi-weekly games, and someone to help with masters, since Rai is as busy as I am. I would really rather not do this option, since I would have to give out acess to a lot of people, which in itself isn't a problem, I trust you, but if your computer has spywear, someone else could hack it x.x I'm just paranoid that way~

3. Close. My least favorite option. Ebony's been open 2, amlost 3 years, and I don't really want to close it. But I will if I have to, because I feel really bad not being able to update on time when I'm supposed to, and leaving you all hanging all the time.

So please comment here if you are interested in any jobs, or in taking over. Or if you just have some thoughts on the matter :) You can still take the freebies beloow too, like I said, this doesn't change anything yet, it's only to let everyone know what I'm thinking.

P.S. : I just bought a show Beta fish, a half-moon beta. He's so pretty, and I named him Spastic~ Spazzy for short :)

Okay, for some of you, myself included, this is probably a much needed reprieve. I really need a break, things have gotten way busier that I would like, but hopefully it should calm down some by December.

-NaNoWriMo: You have to write a 50,000 word novel by the end of November, and I'm competing with the other people who are doing it, Rai included :P

-Winter Drumline: This is currently upcoming, but I'm really excited about it, and I'm acctually practicing so I can acctually play one of the fun parts.
-College Application: I really need to get my butt in gear and start on this, it is becoming imparitive that I get into college early next year, so I need to work on this, a lot.

-General School Stress: By the time I get home, I'm esxausted and aggrivated, and I usualy have some rediculus history project to do, and I have my art projects to work on as well. My art class is very important, so I have to keep up in it~ *not to mention, I'm just horribly competitive, and have to do better than everyone else x.x"*

-Sickness: I'm usually always sick in November, and I still am acctually. Its not so bad it keeps me from school, but it makes me really tired and doesn't leave much time for anything else. Sorry!

-Field Trips: I have two this week, one to a Poetry Reading, and one to Memphis ,Tenn. That one is on Saterday, and I hav to get up at like 4 XD

-Since Rai isn't able to update either because of Musical and NaNoWriMo, I thought it would just be better for everyone to put the site on a short Hiatus.

This should run until the first Monday in December, I'll let you know if this date changes! I'll try to answer E-mails so I don't leave you all hanging too long, sorry for that!

Hello again! It's been a while since I updated, but Amanda is ill (once again) and I am left to post. I guess check below for everything good:

Games: From what I know, Monday games besides the puzzles haven't been touched. I have no clue honestly what else to report, but everything else is working... Except for the slots of course... Still trying on that one....

Title: I'm doing this science fair project for the fair in February. It's asking weither scent or gender effects testing scores and memory, so that requires people. LOTS. SO I have to have a parental consent form for everyone; now, I've recieved some really weird answers but one stood out... I have a girl the paper, and she asked, "Does my mom really have to sign this?" And I was like, "Yeah... If not I'm doing something illegal..." She answered, "Yeah... My mom could care less what happened to me at school. She says that all's fair in love an education." That one was new for me, so it's so funny! Maybe....

Our gong blew over while we were playing, and our sticks kept getting blown off our keyblords so we couldn't do the mallet switches right, since there wern't any mallets to switch with! And the poor color guard, their flags didn't stand a chance XD And our smallest cymbal blew off its stand and almost decappitated someone, it was going really fast!! Death by cymbal ^_^"

-Well, this week is going to be hectic. VERY. I have a marching band event in Hanible tomarrow, all day, and then Wednesday, we have practice, on Thursday we have the homecoming parade, Friday we have a football game, and Saterday we have a competition at Fransis Howell school. x.x Its really busy. So, in advance, nothing will get done this week, sorry!

-For the pain part...on Fridays football game, we had to push our instruments *xylophone for me* a really long way to get to the football field, because some boso parked in front of the trailer so we couldn't move it closer. I fractured my left wrist from pushing it, stress fracture, I think. Its not too bad, so it should be healed in a week or two, but with all the band stuff coming up, it was very bad timing.
-Then this morning, I was checking my E-mail, and stood up and hit my knee on the sharp-pointy part of my dresser. HARD. It cut my knee open, and instantly bruised it pretty bad. I've been limping all day....it hurts x.x

-We had a band competition at Sullivan, MO Saterday, and we took 1st in both our class, and over everyone there! It was so cool! We ran around the parking lot screaming, and spraying newly opened water bottles everywhere.... It was a huge pile of 150+ people jumping around being hyperactive XD

-First, sorry the update is a day late, my Dad took me to a concert after school, and we didn't get back until 1:30AM XD
-We went to the Nickelback Concert in St. Louis last night, and it was awsome! It was my first concert, and my ears are sitll ringing, it was so loud. Finger11 and Puddle of Mudd *lol...* were the opening bands, and they were much better than I expected. The pyrotechnics were great, and Nickelbacks drummer was #@%# AMAZING!!! He blew everyone else out of the water, never missed a beat for the whole two hours they played. He had a kick ass solo too, my hair was floating around and blowing from how loud they had it XD We had great seats, right in the middle, olny one row behind the VIP section.

I updated the puzzles, so go play those. I'm so glad I made this round beforehand. I want to sleep soooo bad, but I'm trying to reestablish my normal sleep patterns, and it's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo hard. 14 hour time differences make me feel like a vampire...I want to play during the night and sleep during the day... >:)
